1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
•The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
•You request the return within 7 days of receiving your order
•You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
•Opened bath salts or body products (due to hygiene reasons)
•Custom-made or personalized items
•Products marked as Final Sale

2.Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to guide you through the process
3.Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (shared via email)
4.After inspection, we’ll issue your refund or store credit

•Refunds are issued via the original payment method
•Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive the item
•Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item)
4. Exchanges
Want to swap your product for a different variant or scent?
•Contact us to check availability
•We’ll guide you through sending back the original item
•Once received, we’ll ship out the replacement (shipping fees may apply)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived broken, leaking, or not what you ordered — we sincerely apologize. Please email:

6. Additional Notes
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
